Peter McCutcheon is a barrister and solicitor with a particular interest and expertise in relationship property litigation and general commercial litigation. He has significant further general experience in property law, banking law, commercial (including intellectual property) law, family law, and estates.
Peter has extensive experience in New Zealand's banking and legal sectors, working for a major New Zealand bank, large New Zealand and Australia law firms, and his own legal practice for over 18 years.
He is qualified with BA (Economics), Dip Bank (Distinction) and LLB (Hons), the latter from the University of Auckland.
